I have tried a few probiotic products over the years without much success but then my girlfriend recommended advanced probiotics. I have had digestive/intestinal issues since I was very young so I have been experimenting with how to get relief. I am happy to say that this product made a nice difference for me. It helped get my frequency of going to the bathroom down to normal, less bloating, and less disomfort. This product really works, at least for me.
