I have been having very bad bleeding in my gums the last few times at the dentist. It has gotten so bad that I can taste it (i know, nasty). I stumbled across this while searching for something else. I tried probiotics before for digestion with good results so I figured it may work. I have only used it for about 4 days and I have already noticed an improvement. I just let one melt in my mouth just before bed. I am going to the dentist next week. We'll see what he says .... P.S. It taste pretty good too ...
