The text itself is pretty thin (262 pages). I thought perhaps the DVD that is included would make the purchase more worthwhile; but The DVD is several, extremely brief "Chapters" that appear to be created by editing just a handful of surgical cases and highlighting different techniques/ diagnoses using the same few surgeries repeatedly.
