This was truly an insightful look into the thoughts and feelings of a man facing Alzheimer's Disease. Robert Davis was a very intelligent, successful minister in one of the largest churches in Miami when he tragically had to face the fact that Alzheimer's was robbing him of his ability to function. His wife's love and his faith in God are the elements that keep him going. Davis writes "Many Christians have found that when life completely tumbles in, when they are without strength or any hope or help for themselves, or when their minds become too tangled to even hold thoughts, that God overrules the circumstances and that Christ comes to minister to them at the very point of their need." This book is a great help to those suffering from the beginning stages of Alzheimer'a Disease, or for family and friends of a loved one with Alzheimer's. I guarantee you will find this book inspirational.
