Unlike the N.R. Adult ADD remedy this stuff really seems to work. Do not take it three or fewer hours before bedtime though as you will be wide awake with your brain spinning away. This product seems to take about an hour to an hour and a half to start working on me with an empty stomach. You will notice a real spark and a feeling of increased mental activity. It would be best to take prior to a group brainstorming session or in anticipation of a lively debate. Even maybe if your going to be in the presence of someone who is not very talkitive this product would be great at creating a flowing and lively conversation. It seems to have a bit of a mint flavor so I just take a half dozen by chewing them up and swallowing without liquids with no problem.
