I call this my little MIRACLE. I tried this herb after going off of Birth control after many years, and suddenly was hit with TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, CONSTANT hot flashes (all day, sweater on, sweater off etc...), night sweats, and sleepless nights. It started to work after just one week of 2 pills, 2 times a day (that's what I took but dosage could be different for everyone) . The hot flashes were GONE!, as well as the night sweats, and I am sleeping like a baby. It had to build up in my system, and after taking two bottles that way, I am down to 1 pill a day. I sometimes have to take more, especially if I am having a lot of sugar or carbs in my diet(or what ever triggers your hot flashes), but even then the hot flashes are a pittance of what they were, night seats have not returned, and still sleeping well. I was also told to take DIM along with it for other reasons, but ZiZhu (my little MIRACLE) seems to just as well by itself.
