So, I have trouble sleeping due to anxiety. I've tried traditional sleep aids. They make me too drowsy, and have even increased my daytime anxiety- Yikes! If I don't get a good sleep, I have trouble controlling my erratic mind during the day. I have been exploring natural medicinal alternatives in the last few years, however, and Clarocet PM is the most gentle and effective I've experienced. Thank goodness! I don't always need it, so I don't take it and I don't have any withdraw symptoms or difficulty sleeping afterwords. Five stars from me.
