I wanted to let you all know that I tried LunaSom PM(tm) last night and here are my comments. I have been a die hard Tylenol PM user for nights when I can't sleep. The only problem is that I can only take 1 tablet due to the side effects. Tylenol PM makes me very groggy, dopey, "hung over", completely out of it in the middle of the night, etc. I fear that if I take 2 tablets that I might not wake up in the night even if I needed to for an emergency, sick child, etc. Tylenol PM really knocks me out so much so that sometimes, my husband wonders if I'm still breathing. So, last night I was tired, but not ready to fall asleep since we had an active evening and I was a little bit wired. I took 2 LunaSom PM(tm) capsules and after about 15 minutes, felt VERY relaxed - not sleepy, dopey, drugged, but very relaxed. Within another 15 minutes, I felt even more relaxed and sleepy. After about 30 minutes, I fell asleep. I slept the whole night through, woke up once coughing and was not "totally out of it" like Tylenol PM, but overall had a good night's rest. I woke up at 6:30 and felt great!!! That was the best part of the whole experience. I remembered my dreams (which were quite complex and detailed, some work related stuff which wasn't bad) and no "hangover" feeling AT ALL. I jumped out of bed and started the day. For those of you that don't know me real well, I'm NOT a morning person. SO, I'm not sure if it was the good night sleep, the LunaSom PM(tm), or just a beautiful day in Minnesota, but I had a very positive experience with LunaSom PM(tm). Beth Ann, Minnesota
