Product Description
The Mirage Swift II Nasal Pillows System is 86% quieter than the original model and offers the same unobstructed view. It comes with three sizes of nasal pillows so there is no guessing about size. For stability, the barrel of the nasal pillow sleeve rests against the philtrum, that part of the face below the nose and above the lips. The crown design of the headgear eliminates the forehead rest so there is no brace between the eyes and glasses can easily be worn. There are two adjustments allowing a stable and comfortable fit.
The tube can be connected to either side of the barrel and may be attached upward to the headgear, or left hanging down.
The Swift II weighs only 2.5 ounces and easily folds flat into its case for traveling or storage.

Ok, when I reviewed the Optilife, I thought I had found the best CPAP interface yet, but that was before I tried this. This is SO much quieter than the original Swift, which was so loud it kept me awake. This is silent and comfortable, and gets 5 stars because you can adjust both which side you want the hose to attach to, as well as the angle of approach. So if you want it coming from over your head, under your chin, right or left, it will work in all of them. It has a full 360 degree rotation. I am a respiratory therapist who has used CPAP for 12 years, and have tried just about everything. My husband loves to grab the covers when he rolls over, so masks that come from under my chin get pulled when he rolls over, making me feel that he has a leash pulling on my nose! This avoids that, and comes with three differnt size pillow attachments. The new quiet nasal pillow design vents differently, and DOES NOT fit on the old plain Swift model, so you are stuck buying the whole new thing, but it is worth it. I really love this mask!!
