I found the book full of details on snoring causes and treatment options. I especially like the discussion on the trigger factors because I was made aware of my own actions and lifestyle habits that may be the cause of my snoring. With this book's help, I went into the process of reviewing my lifestyle, jotting down my sequence of actions everyday for a week, established patterns and removed trigger factors. I still snore but not as consistently as before. My wife actually said there was one night I didn't snore at all.It is becoming more irregular as each night progresses. It is no longer straight snoring all throughout the night. I credit this book for providing me with an effective self-help plan of action.
