This is a comprehensive review book for medical micro. It's probably the thickest review book out there but it also has a big immunology section at the end. It's written somewhat more like a text than a review book and it probably fits somewhere in the middle. Due to it's length it does take some guts to use as a review source for the shelf, but if you can get through it it's probably the best source out there. I did not do any practice questions or use any other sources and I scored
