I bought this when I injured my arm and could not take blood pressures at my business. I like that it comes with two cuff sizes, and it's fairly easy to change them on the machine. I like the readout, it's large and easy to see. I also like the case it comes with. The few things that I don't like as much are: I think that automatic blood pressure cuffs always read a bit high. On some of my clients it read much higher than their normal. But I think that about all of them, not just this particular brand. I wish the case was large enough to hold both cuffs and the cord/plug. I made the mistake of not taking out the batteries after I used it, and the batteries went dead over the weekend. So if you need the batteries to work, keep that in mind!! I now use the cord/plug when I use it, and it's long enough that it reaches with ease. Overall, I think this is a great product, and would recommend it to anyone who needs an automatic B/P cuff.
