Owner Reviews, Ratings, Comments and Criticism
In a previous review for the 3rd edition I was harsh in my assessment because of the extensive errata sheet. HOWEVER, as a practicing graveyard hospital pharmacist I have come to greatly respect this reference. This version doesn't have an errata sheet, and I haven't taken the time to figure out if that is because there are no errata or they just haven't had time to figure them out. BUT, I would not go into a shift without a copy of this book on the shelf. It is that good.. and I use it to guide docs weekly. Without hesitation I say 'BUY THIS BOOK', it's a lifesaver - really.
