The valve on my AeroChamber spacer stopped working and I needed a replacement. The OptiChamber is a definite improvement. It comes apart completely for easy cleaning. It's larger, but I can store my inhaler inside of it. It's doing a better job of getting the asthma controller medicine into my airways instead of the back of my throat. I no longer have a froggy, croaky voice as the spray gets all the way into my airways instead of landing on my vocal cords.
