A friend recommended this product for my mother in law who had been suffering from shingles type pain for over two years. Doctor after doctor gave her no long lasting help but once she started taking these, she seemed to be MUCH better. Since she is back to driving (at 81) and all her other activities, I would say that this supplement had something (if not all) to do with her recovery.
