I have Fibromyalgia. I've had it for 13 years. I've tried everything, and nothing ever seems to help much. Everytime I think I have it somewhat under control, I start my exercise workout program back up, and then I'm knocked off my feet for months with muscle pain head-to-toe. I start slow, but it doesn't matter. My muscles react. Covalen is the first product that has truly helped me. I can work out with weights now, albeit nowhere close to where I was 13 years ago, but I can work out! One thing I noticed while taking Corvalen is that it helps me sleep better at night. I feel like I'm sleeping soundly. A big part of Fibromyalgia is the sleep disturbances. It's a snowball effect...you're in pain, you don't sleep well, and without proper sleep, you're in more pain and have more neurological spasms. I think I read somewhere that D-Ribose is a precusor to melatonin. Well, whatever, it's worth the money to get a good night's sleep, and with such a natural product! (No raising of blood sugar either!) I use Corvalen, not Corvalen M w/magnesium. I take Magnesium with a different vitamin supplement I take. Also, I started using it 3 days a week for the first week, then 2 times a day for a month, and then I went down to once a day. When I don't take it for a few days, I start waking up at night or never really fall into a deep, sound sleep. I prove over and over to myself that Corvalen really works for my fatigue and pain.
