I have had problems with TMJ and night-time teeth grinding for most of my adult life. I was treated for TMJ about 20 years ago and have had several mouth guards that I've obtained from the dentist--they were always costly and didn't hold up that well. In searching for a more cost effective solution, I found the Dr Brux night guard for $49.99. I've had 2 of them and thought they were OK but I ended up "biting" through both of them. I searched again and found the Grind Guard by Archtek. For the price, I couldn't NOT try it. I found it was easy to mold/adjust, it fits well and it is really comfortable. I've been using it for about 6 weeks and it doesn't show any signs of wear and tear. I definitely would recommend it to anyone that has problems with teeth grinding.
