I was skeptical when I purchased this. I grind my teeth terribly. However, the mixing putty was easy to use and the impressions easy to make. Delivery was fairly quick. I've had a mouth guard custom made from my dentist in the past and this was pretty much exactly the same thing. I have a small mouth so had to use the bottom mouth tray to make both impressions, but it worked easily. I found that by treating their customer service with the respect people deserve, I received respect and support back. They were very helpful.
