INGREDIENTS:Active Ingredients:Fluoride Ion (0.15% from sodium monofluorophosphate wt/vol%).Inactive Ingredients:Dicalcium Phosphate, Glycerin, Water, Xylitol, Silica, Alumina, Sodium Citrate, Natural Flavors, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Carrageenan, Papain, Citric Acid, Sodium Saccharin.
SUGGESTED USE:Adults and children 6 years of age or older brush teeth thoroughly preferably after each meal or at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist or physician. Instruct children under 6 years of age in good brushing and rinsing habits to minimize swallowing. Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.Children under 2 years of age: consult a dentist or physician.
CAUTION:Keep out of the reach of children under 6 years of age. If you accidentally swallow more than used for brushing, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately

I have always been prone to frequent canker sores. In addition to modifying my diet, like eliminating tomatoes and all citrus, using this toothpaste has been a life saver. I recommend it to anyone who suffers from canker sores. I won't use another toothpaste. Tastes great, too.
