This product is a little strange to me because it's advertised on the front of the bottle as 550 milligrams, and yet on the back of the bottle it says that each tablet is 30 milligrams (7% daily recommendation). There are 100 tablets so that makes for 3,000 milligrams for the whole bottle. Perhaps 550mg is the total amount of just magnesium gluconate in the bottle? They sure make it confusing. Other ingredients include: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, and croscarmellose sodium. Also, made in the USA.
