My husband has tried various creams for arthritis, carpel tunnel syndrome, fingers locking down against palm, nothing really helps once the massaging for applying it is over, until trying Topricin cream. It started feeling better almost immediately and he has had more range of motion from his hands, with continued use. I've rated it a 4 -- holding off on the fifth star until we see how it performs over a longer period of time. So far, he is well pleased with it.
