I liked that this product came in a pack of 4, since I take sinus and allergy meds everyday. The active ingredients are 325 mg Acetaminophen, which is the pain reliever part of it, and the other active ingredient is 5 mg Phenylephine HCI, which is the nasal decongestant, per caplet. Iam used to taking a higher mg of the Phenylephine HCI. I just don't think any of the over the counter sinus meds work as well as they used to now that everything is PE, it doesn't seem to be as effective, at least for me. I not only get sinus congestion, but also sinus headaches. I have had many allergy sprays prescribed for me, which make me sneeze some of them, but I wish someone would make a good prescribed sinus med. Allergy meds don't work on sinus issues, at least for me, tho when I do take sinus meds I also need to take allegy meds at the same time. I have indoor, as well as outdoor allergies. For me, sinus and allergy issues are present at the same time. This product is fine, for what it is, it's just not as effective or as long lasting as I need it to be. This product is 4 boxes with 24 caplets in each box. I would have preferred one bottle of 96 caplets, instead of all of this unneeded, unnecessary packaging. Or make it one box that would hold the 96 caplets. What is the purpose of having 4 boxes with 24 caplets in each box? Seems wasteful to me!
