I started taking the product daily with dosage of around 30 - 35 tablets with a meal. I sometimes take them all at once or split them in 2 servings (around 15 tablets each as suggested). As for result, I noticed that after 1 or 1.5 week or so, I was able to enjoy better night sleep - meaning you get deep refreshing sleep. The rate of nail and hair growth also seemed to increase (probably due to the Chlorella Growth Factor as claimed?). It also seemed to help improve my immune system. I didn't get sick when 4-5 of my coworkers caught bad cold. But I also noticed that I got a lot more hyperpigmentation on my skin and there are other benign skin growths (similar to skin tags). Moreover, I got acne like during teen years. This is after around 3 weeks of taking this. So I stopped taking it afterwards and after around a week all the effects above disappeared (no new acne/skin tags, usual sleep).
