Our 4 year old had problems with chronic constipation, and this product was a real life saver for us. It solved the problem and helped her return to a eating and bathroom schedule that was free of both medicine and constipation. I tried to leave more details about how we learned to use this product, but that review was deleted. So, consult your physician about dosages for children and know that there is something that's mild, effective, has no side effects and really works.
