I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for 5 years but probably had it longer. I started to look for natural ways to make me feel better other than the synthroid i take daily. I didn't find a significant change in the way i felt from this product. Extra vitamins are always good but really didn't feel less tired or achey.
