I have purchased this book for my 5-year-old son, who dreams of becoming a marine biologist and is very fond of all the sea creatures, including crabs. He was overjoyed with this book and its fantastic, colorful photographs. There isn't a lot of writing, which keeps small children more interested and focused, in a way. But I still wish the pages contained a little more short facts about the crabs. My son had some questions, which could have been answered briefly right there, instead of me searching wikipedia for answers. Other than that, very good book, and my son is happy.
