Margarete Cassalina, lives in Milton, NY, a mother of Eric and Jena, both have Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Jena passed away from CF on 12/4/06 at the age of 13 awaiting a double lung transplant. Margarete and her husband Marc are extremely active nationally with The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. They are committed in creating awarness and raising funds for scientific research and have dedicated their lives to finding the ultimate cure. 65% of the net proceeds will go directly back to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to fund research. --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

This is a very honest and heart warming love story about a brave girl and her family and their determination and drive to fight cystic fibrosis and work towards a cure. Jen's battle was not in vain. Her optimistic approach to live was infectious. Everyone was and still is touched by her warmth and beautiful smile. Jen and her family are an inspiration to all.
