I researched this fish oil for my son who can't tolerate SOY. Go to the website: arcticessentials.com and see more info, but buy here because it's lots cheaper.
Serving size is 2 capsules; so the box will last 1 month. I give my 4-year old 1 capsule & it's fine to pierce the capsule & put the oil in cool, tepid or room temperature (less than 100 degrees) food or beverage. There is no aftertaste.
I love that the product is not combined with Omega Watches 6 & 9, which we get enough of from regular diet. The amounts of Omega Watches 3's per serving are:
